Quality Specialist - 18 Months Maternity cover Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International? Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. Make It With Pride. You lead the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) process of the site quality management system and report results to the quality section manager. Responsibilities Coordinate and partially perform sampling, analytical, microbiological and sensory testing of products and environment, following the requirements of standards, laws, specifications and customer requirements. Ensure that only products whose quality and product safety meet the specification requirements are released, managing and leading the hold & release process. Ensure that analytical certificates comply with the quality requirements of raw materials and packaging material. Ensure that laboratory work is carried out according to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), legal and Company/intra-group requirements, official methods, preventive and corrective measures concerning product, water and air. Continuous improvement of processes and organisation. Qualifications University degree in chemistry, food science or related science studies with practical experience or several years of experience as a chemical laboratory assistant. Entrepreneurial thinking and acting. Ability to enforce quality, safety and environmental protection requirements. Reliable, self‑reliant, commitment, ability to keep an overview in hectic situations, team‑player. Coaching and communication skills. Able to make decisions independently and enforce them, strong coordinating skills. 3–4 years of experience in the field of food and quality assurance. Advanced expertise in a food lab. Fluency in spoken and written German and English. Additional Qualifications you might bring Expertise in Microbiology, HACCP, GMP from the food industry. Very good user knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP. Willingness to develop continuous training. Project management, EVT. Q‑Auditing. Knowledge of Food technology, hygiene technology, chemistry. L6S know‑how & experience.
