You will lead initiatives around incentives, co‑pilot tools, and other optimization strategies, acting as the business owner of process and tools that optimize productivity and performance. Additionally, you will :Collaborate across marketing, medical, and affiliate teams to ensure field strategies are integrated and continuously optimized.Design and deliver training programs that support the adoption and effective use of new tools and processes.Define and monitor KPIs in partnership with key stakeholders to measure and enhance field force performance.Act as a liaison for customer engagement initiatives, fostering alignment between regional and IO teams.Promote best practices and build communities that encourage knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.Your new departmentYou will join the International Operations – Customer Engagement (IO-MM CE) team, a strategic function based in Zürich that supports Novo Nordisk’s global ambition to transform customer engagement. The team works across regions and therapeutic areas to drive innovation, customer excellence, and scalable solutions that put HCPs and patients at the centre of everything we do.Your skills and qualificationsOur ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Business, Strategy, Innovation, or a related field, accompanied by a minimum of 8 years of experience in field force strategy, operations, and excellence within a matrix environment in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, you bring :Ideal candidates will bring a background in frontline field role (sales, medical…) in combination with strong recent experience in commercial excellence / frontline effectiveness. Multi‑country experience is also required for this opportunity.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate, influence and drive meaningful change across departments and seniority levels.A proactive mindset and proven problem‑solving capabilities.The ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.A self‑driven and results‑oriented approach, with a passion for embedding impactful processes.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Fluent English both written and spoken.Working at Novo NordiskEvery day we seek the solutions that defeat serious chronic diseases.
