In dieser Rolle unterstützt du beim Monitoring, bei der Erfassung & Besetzung von Personaleinsätzen, die Unternehmen aus verschiedenen Branchen bei Coople buchen. Du betreust unsere Geschäftskunden und die Mitarbeitenden während der Woche und an Samstagen telefonisch und per E-Mail, um einen einwandfreien Service während der gesamten Abwicklung zu gewährleisten.

  • ... verschiedene Anfragen von Einsatzbetrieben selbständig entgegennimmst und bearbeitest. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit dem Account Management und dem Operations Team zusammen.
  • ... Personaleinsätze auf unserer digitalen Plattform erstellst und kontrollierst. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team stellst du die Abdeckung der Einsätze sicher.
  • ... kompetent Notfälle (z.B. Absagen, Coopler No Shows, diverse Problemfälle) bearbeitest.

Dein Profil

Wir suchen Kandidaten, die Spass am Erreichen ambitionierter Ziele und an der Arbeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld haben, und folgende Erfahrung mitbringen:

  • Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Französischkenntnisse sind von grossem Vorteil.
  • Idealerweise ein bis zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer kundenorientierten Position
  • Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich ist von Vorteil
  • Verfügbarkeit während der üblichen Geschäftszeiten an vier Wochentagen und jedem Samstag. Sonntage und ein Wochentage nach Wahl sind frei. (z.B. ein möglicher fester Wochenplan Dienstag bis und mit Samstag)
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team und hast Spass am Umgang mit Kunden.
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent, packst mit an und arbeitest strukturiert und lösungsorientiert.
  • Du hast IT-Affinität und Interesse an neuen Technologien
