Dans ce rôle, vous rejoindrez une équipe pluridisciplinaire qui incarne les valeurs fondamentales de notre entreprise : solidarité, passion pour les projets complexes et de grande envergure, esprit d'innovation et convivialité.

VOTRE NOUVEAU RÔLE :

Vous êtes responsable de la gestion comptable de l’entreprise et vous jouez un rôle clé dans l’organisation des processus financiers et comptables.

Dans le cadre de votre fonction, vous serez amené-e à accomplir principalement les tâches suivantes :

  • Supervision et coordination de l’ensemble des opérations comptables des filiales suisses du Groupe WSP (comptabilité générale et auxiliaire)
  • Contrôle et suivi de l’application des principes comptables de la société
  • Soutien sur différents processus comptables clés (réconciliations intercompagnies, provisions, transactions exceptionnelles) afin de s’assurer que les bouclements mensuels sont réalisés dans les délais
  • Préparation du reporting mensuel au Groupe WSP et gestion du passage de la comptabilité statutaire au reporting IFRS
  • Préparation des états financiers annuels (bilans, comptes de résultats et annexes)
  • Coordination des audits externes et internes
  • Suivi de la trésorerie et des flux financiers (suivi des encaissements clients ; supervision des paiements fournisseurs)
  • Préparation et soumission des décomptes TVA
  • Suivi et vérification de la comptabilité analytique
  • Préparation du budget annuel en collaboration avec le contrôle de gestion
  • Gestion et supervision de l’équipe comptable suisse
  • Participation à la formation et au développement des membres de l’équipe
  • Collaboration avec les autres départements (ressources humaines, direction générale, etc.) pour optimiser les processus comptables

VOTRE ÉQUIPE :

L’équipe comptable suisse est composée de 5-6 collaborateur-trice-s basé-e-s à Lausanne et à Zurich.

ET SI C'ÉTAIT VOUS ?

Titulaire du Brevet Fédéral de Spécialiste en finance et comptabilité, vous bénéficiez d’une solide expérience au sein d’une entreprise du Big4 ainsi que de 3 à 5 ans dans un rôle similaire de gestion d’une équipe dans un environnement international. Vous apportez les compétences suivantes :

  • Flexibilité et ouverture à de nouvelles méthodes de travail
  • Familiarité avec un environnement ERP
  • Compétences managériales
  • Appétence pour le travail en équipe
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels
  • Très bonnes connaissances du français et de l’anglais, l’allemand est un atout
