Wir suchen für ein globales Unternehmen in einer faszinierenden Branche ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen Head of Recruiting (m/w/d) 100%. In dieser Funktion sind Sie zuständig für die Führung und Betreuung eines Teams von sechs Mitarbeitenden, sowohl in der Schweiz als auch an weiteren Standorten in Europa.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  1. Entwicklung und Umsetzung innovativer Rekrutierungsstrategien, um unser Unternehmen als bevorzugten Arbeitgeber für Fachkräfte im Blue-Collar-Bereich zu positionieren und langfristige Talentakquise sicherzustellen.
  2. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften zur Antizipation des Personalbedarfs in der Produktion und anderen operativen Bereichen sowie Abstimmung der Rekrutierungsansätze mit den Unternehmenszielen.
  3. Leitung eines Teams von sechs Rekrutierungsspezialisten, Förderung einer Kultur der Zusammenarbeit und hohen Leistungsbereitschaft.
  4. Proaktive Identifizierung und Ansprache von Top-Talenten im Blue-Collar-Sektor durch kreative Beschaffungsmethoden.
  5. Gewährleistung einer positiven Kandidatenerfahrung, um unseren Ruf als attraktiven Arbeitgeber zu stärken und langfristige Beziehungen zu Talenten aufzubauen.
  6. Förderung von Vielfalt und Inklusion in allen Einstellungsprozessen, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Rekrutierung von Fachkräften aus verschiedenen Hintergründen.
  7. Nutzung datengestützter Erkenntnisse zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Rekrutierungsstrategien für den Blue-Collar-Bereich.
  8. Verantwortung für das Rekrutierungsbudget, um Kosteneffizienz zu gewährleisten und herausragende Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
  9. Einführung moderner Rekrutierungstechnologien zur Steigerung der Effizienz.

Ihr Profil:

  1. Strategische Führungspersönlichkeit mit einem Abschluss in Human Resources, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  2. Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Talentakquise, idealerweise im Blue-Collar-Bereich und in einer Führungsposition.
  3. Nachweisbare Erfolge bei der Umsetzung von Rekrutierungsstrategien mit messbaren Ergebnissen.
  4. Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil.
  5. Starke analytische Fähigkeiten zur Unterstützung strategischer Entscheidungen.
  6. Fähigkeit, sich in dynamischen Umfeldern zurechtzufinden und Veränderungen erfolgreich zu steuern.
