Responsabilités

  • Saisie des mutations dans notre système de paie Abacus.
  • Calcul et contrôle des salaires.
  • Génération des fichiers de paiement, fichiers comptables et autre fichiers spécifiques.
  • Etablissement périodique des décomptes AVS, d'allocations familiales, d'assurances accidents et maladies, contacts fréquents avec ces différentes institutions sociales.
  • Etablissement périodique des décomptes d'impôts à la source ainsi que des certificats fiscaux annuels.
  • Participation à différents projets de développement liés aux clients payroll dont vous êtes responsable.
  • Tu bénéficies d’une première expérience professionnelle confirmée dans la gestion de salaires en Suisse (minimum 2 ans).
  • Tu disposes de bonnes connaissances de Microsoft Office et en particulier Excel.
  • Tu disposes d’une expérience avec le système de paie Abacus (un plus).
  • Tu as de très bonnes connaissances en anglais (niveau B2 minimum).
  • Tu possèdes un excellent sens relationnel et fais preuve de flexibilité et dynamisme.
  • Tu as une bonne capacité d’adaptation et tu es orienté(e) solution.
