Construction Manager / Bau-Ingenieur als PROJEKTLEITER "Industrielle Bauplanung" (w/m)

Im Zusammenhang mit der nachhaltigen Transformation des Unternehmens und aufgrund der erfolgreichen Markt-Entwicklung bin ich für diese neugeschaffene Position mit der Suche nach einer versierten, passionierten und zukunftsorientierten Persönlichkeit beauftragt.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung über die Um- und Neubauprojekte der Produktionsstandorte von der Planung über die Bauleitung bis hin zur Inbetriebnahme.
  • Umfassende fachliche Betreuung der internen wie auch externen Expertenteams in den verschiedenen Bauprozess-Phasen.
  • Erarbeitung, Umsetzung und Begleitung von komplexen Bauvorhaben in der verarbeitenden Industrie, aktive Mitwirkung bei Offerten, Ausschreibungen, Kalkulationen und Abrechnungen.
  • Single Point of Contact für die interne Bauherrschaft, Projektleiter und Baustellenleiter anderer Facheinheiten sowie intensive Prozess-Begleitungen der Aufgaben auf den Baustellen wie auch im Backoffice.
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der ganzen Firma bei spezifischen Aufgabenstellungen, enger Kontakt mit der Geschäftsleitung und Stellvertreter-Funktion mit Potential zur Weiterentwicklung.

Ihr Profil:

  • Fachausbildung im Baubereich mit entsprechender Weiterbildung (z. B. Bauingenieur, Architekt, Bauführer, Bauleiter etc.), allenfalls Zusatzausbildung Richtung Betriebswirtschaft und/oder Management.
  • Mehrere Jahre Berufs-Praxiserfahrung im Bau-Umfeld (von Vorteil im Hochbau, und oder Tiefbau).
  • Leistungsausweis in einer höhergestellten Fach-Aufgabe eines anspruchsvollen Unternehmens im Bauhauptgewerbe.
  • Deutsch als Muttersprache, Kenntnisse einer zweiten Landessprache oder Englisch von Vorteil, hohe Organisations- und Planungs-Kompetenz.
  • Idealerweise gute Kenntnisse des lokalen Marktgeschehens und des regionalen Bau-Umfeldes, Reisebereitschaft sporadisch in der Schweiz, expliziter Wunsch zur Weiterentwicklung.
