  • Durch die regelmäßige Analyse der KPIs Ihres Teams, leiten Sie, in engem Austausch mit der Boutique Leitung, Maßnahmen zur Umsatzsteigerung ab
  • Sie schaffen beim Kunden ein Gefühl von Willkommenheit und vermitteln ein positives Einkaufserlebnis
  • Sie haben Freude daran Ihr Team weiterzuentwickeln
  • Sie stellen einen hochkarätigen Kundenservice, angepasst an die Wünsche, Kultur und die Persönlichkeit jedes individuellen Klienten
  • Sie wickeln qualitativ hochwertige Verkaufsaktivitäten in der Boutique ab und unterstützen die Leitung in administrativen Themen
  • Sie bauen starke Kundenbeziehungen zu potenziellen und aktuellen Kunden auf und pflegen diese
Qualifikation
  • Sie verfügen über mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung mit Kundenkontakt im Luxuseinzelhandel oder einer anderen High-End-Serviceumgebung, idealerweise im Schmuckbereich
  • Sie verfügen über mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung in einer Führungsfunktion
  • Eine natürliche Leidenschaft für Menschen und Serviceleistungen zeichnen Sie aus
  • Sie besitzen eine hohe Anpassungsfähigkeit sowie ein äußerst gutes Einfühlungsvermögen hinsichtlich unterschiedlicher Kulturen
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und gerne eine weitere Fremdsprache runden Ihr Profil ab
