Was du bewegst
  1. Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den Betrieb unserer Applikationen.
  2. Du unterstützt unsere internen Kund*innen (Datenpfleger*innen, Lieferant*innen) aus der ganzen Schweiz, damit diese die Applikation bestmöglich nutzen können.
  3. Du überwachst die Leistung und Verfügbarkeit unserer Applikationen und löst Störungen eigenverantwortlich.
  4. Du konfigurierst Datenmodelle für unsere Applikation selbständig und sorgfältig.
  5. Du gestaltest und führst Schulungen für unsere internen Kund*innen durch und bist verantwortlich für das Erstellen von Dokumentation.
  6. Du trägst zur erfolgreichen Weiterentwicklung der Applikation bei, indem du aktiv am Entwicklungsprozess mitarbeitest.
  7. Du bringst dich aktiv beim Testing von Änderungen an der Applikation mit ein.
Was du mitbringst
  1. Abgeschlossene Berufslehre (EFZ) im Informatik-, technischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich mit einer Weiterbildung im IT-Bereich.
  2. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich von Applikationen und Prozessen in einem grossen IT-Umfeld.
  3. Deutsch (sehr gute Kenntnisse)
  4. Französisch (sehr gute Kenntnisse)
  5. Englisch (gute Kenntnisse)
  6. Italienisch (von Vorteil)
  7. Du kommunizierst mit Freude und effektiv mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern und präsentierst technische Informationen verständlich und lösungsorientiert.
  8. Du löst gerne komplexe Probleme und entwickelst technologie-basierte Lösungen (bei uns im Einsatz sind: Azure und Syndigo Master Data Management Plattform).
  9. Dich zeichnet eine offene Persönlichkeit mit einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe aus und gute Teamarbeit ist dir wichtig.
  10. Du bearbeitest und löst Kund*innen-Anfragen schnell und effizient in Deutsch und Französisch.
  11. Du verstehst ITSM und bringst Erfahrungen in einem Service-Tool (z.B. ServiceNow, Remedy, Matrix, etc.) mit ein.
