Deine Aufgaben
  • Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Kundenprojekte mit aktuellen Citrix Workplace Lösungen
  • Beratung, Konzeption, Projektkoordination, Implementierung, Testen, Dokumentation von Citrix Workplace Lösungen für KMU und Enterprise Kunden
  • Mitarbeit im 3rd Level Support und teamübergreifende Unterstützung in Projekten
  • Unterstützung als Fachspezialist unserer Pre-Sales und Sales Teams beim Erstellen von Offerten, Durchführen von Workshops und bei Marketingaktivitäten
  • Durchführung von Workshops beim Kunden
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Systemtechniker EFZ oder gleichwertige IT-Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als System Engineer, bevorzugt im IT-Dienstleistungsumfeld
  • Citrix Knowhow in CVAD, Provisioning, Netscaler
  • Knowhow in den Bereichen Nvidia vGPU, Multi Hybrid Cloud und Analytics
  • Kenntnisse im Microsoft Umfeld von Vorteil (O365, FSlogix, AD, DNS, GPO)
  • Interesse an neuen Technologien und Bereitschaft für kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung durch Schulungen und Zertifizierungen
  • Freude an der Arbeit im IT-Dienstleisterumfeld und dem damit verbundenen Kundenkontakt sowie der Reisetätigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
