As the Product Manager for our Corporate business in Group Insurance, you are responsible for the design, production, and development of products solutions for Zurich's own corporate products (such as ZCC), intermediated by brokers or directly with employers, and any inbuilt health and wellness initiatives.
You will oversee the product elements of take to market activity, tender responses and quotes, sales, and retention activity. The role also includes the delivery of market research and analysis, to identify market trends, competitor offering, and partner needs of the corporate life insurance segment, to assist with product development, pricing strategies, and market initiatives.
Important to your success - Unlock your potential
- Solid understanding of the Group Insurance market and Group Life products. Knowledge of the end-to-end Corporate Insurance offering within Zurich, advantageous.
- Experience with a definition of minimum marketable features and minimum viable product.
- An analytical problem-solver with exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior management.
- Knowledge of product management and how to define the product roadmap.
- Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes.
- Ability to travel interstate for key external market facing engagement activities.
