Über 100 Mitarbeiter entwickeln, testen und optimieren kontinuierlich unsere Applikationen am Hauptsitz Unterschleißheim/München und am Standort Fulda. Als Expert:in entwickelst du individuelle Schulungskonzepte für unsere Kunden (national und international) und Partner und bist in einer wichtigen Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Partnern und unserem Produktmanagement. Du bist Teil unseres TOMTEC Applikationsteams, das unsere Kunden mit Fokus auf den EMEA Markt, aber auch weltweit betreut.

Dein Job:

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektmanagement und daraus resultierendes eigenverantwortliches Organisieren und Führen von Anwenderschulungen zu unseren Produkten in Kliniken, Arztpraxen und bei unseren Business-Partnern weltweit
  • Erarbeiten von individuellen Trainingskonzepten und Erstellen von Trainingsmaterialien wie Tutorials, Videos, etc. mit dem Ziel, eine optimale Nutzung unserer Produkte zu gewährleisten
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebs durch Produktpräsentationen auf Kongressen, Symposien, Workshops und während der Pre-Sales-Phase
  • Unterstützung des Supportteams bei Support-Calls und anfallenden Applikations-Fragen
  • Erarbeitung von Beiträgen für die TOMTEC Academy in Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten sowie Moderieren von eigenen Webinaren
  • Kontaktpflege unserer Wartungsvertragskunden sowie kompetente Beratung in allen Applikations-Themen

Der Job passt zu dir, wenn:

  • du klinische Berufserfahrung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Kardiologie/ Ultraschall mitbringst
  • es dir Freude macht, dein Wissen und Informationen weiterzugeben. Dafür verfügst du über entsprechende didaktische Fähigkeiten, kommunikative und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • du ein exzellentes technisches Verständnis und ausgeprägtes Interesse an Software-Anwendungen hast
  • du über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im Bereich Medizin, Medizintechnik, Kardiotechnik, MTA o.ä. verfügst
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu einer internationalen Reisetätigkeit in Höhe von max. 70% selbstverständlich sind
  • und du verhandlungssichere Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mitbringst
