Job Description
  • As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for performing monitoring and site management activities for Phase I-IV clinical research projects.
  • You will assess the progress of clinical projects at assigned investigative/physician sites and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and experience with submissions (EC and Swissmedic).

Key Responsibilities
  • Site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management activities, and close-out visits
  • Verify informed consent process and protect subject/patient confidentiality
  • Assess factors affecting subject/patient safety and clinical data integrity
  • Document activities via confirmation letters, follow-up letters, trip reports, communication logs, and other project documents

Qualification Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Fluency in English, German, and French; Italian an advantage
  • Previous years of monitoring experience in Switzerland and submission experience
  • Knowledge of GCP/ICH Guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
