In this role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that innovative lightweight solutions meet the highest safety and performance standards in aviation and rail transport. Your expertise will directly contribute to the certification of cutting-edge products used in aircraft cabins, air rescue missions, and high-speed trains. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and global partners to navigate complex regulatory requirements and drive excellence in engineering.

Your responsibilities:

  • Shape the Future of Certification – Prepare and manage critical certification documents, including test plans, compliance reports, and technical analyses to meet international aviation and railway regulations.
  • Hands-on Testing & Validation – Plan, coordinate, and execute rigorous approval tests, ensuring our products meet stringent requirements for cooling efficiency, fire resistance, and acoustics. Your work will be key in delivering safety, reliability, and comfort to passengers worldwide.
  • Be the Link Between Engineering & Compliance – Act as the primary interface between internal teams, customers, suppliers, and certification authorities. Your ability to communicate technical solutions effectively will help streamline approval processes and foster strong industry relationships.
  • Drive Innovation in Airworthiness & Design – Work closely with the development team to optimize designs, ensuring compliance with global aviation and rail standards while enhancing performance, efficiency, and sustainability. Your insights will help shape the next generation of lightweight solutions.

Your Profile – A Passion for Engineering and Compliance

  • Educational Background – A degree in mechanical engineering, aviation engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Analytical & Solution-Oriented Mindset – Ability to assess complex technical challenges and find effective, compliant solutions.
  • Commitment to Quality & Safety – Strong attention to detail and an unwavering dedication to maintaining high industry standards.
  • Collaborative & Communicative – A team player with excellent interpersonal skills who can engage effectively with international partners, regulatory bodies, and internal departments.
  • Bilingual Proficiency – Fluent in English and fluent in German.
