What will you do

Join our team as a Marketing Squad Leader and take charge of a dynamic group of marketing professionals dedicated to driving impactful campaigns aligned with our business objectives. In this leadership role, you will create and manage budgets, foster a culture of creativity and innovation, and set clear performance metrics to ensure your squad's success. If you have a strong background in digital marketing, possess excellent leadership skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we invite you to lead the charge in enhancing our marketing initiatives and delivering exceptional results

How will you do it

  1. Lead and manage a squad of marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy and business objectives.
  2. Create and manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies and maximizing ROI.
  3. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation among team members.
  4. Set clear goals and performance metrics for the squad, monitor progress and provide feedback.
  5. Facilitate regular squad meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Drive strong marketing campaign performance reporting and visibility.
  7. Act as a liaison between the squad and senior management, communicating updates and insights.
  8. Resolve competing priorities and drive clarity on path forward.
  9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the squad to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What we look for

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  2. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and squad-based structures.
  3. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  5. Background in marketing digital technologies with breakthrough track record.
