Are you excited by the idea of upgrading the Commercial Insurance (CI) Underwriting and Pricing capabilities of the worldwide market leader? We are searching for a Head of UW and Pricing IT to lead the dynamic evolution of our Global CI Underwriting and Pricing tools.

What you will do

  1. Further detail our IT tool strategy and steer our portfolio of applications towards simplification and end-to-end user support.
  2. Establish a state-of-the-art solution architecture maximizing scalability and flexibility of our UW and Pricing tools.
  3. Deliver well-crafted, new IT functionality effectively.
  4. Improve development and deployment processes to accelerate release cycles and empower federated development of applications.
  5. Lead an IT team in charge of multiple UW and Pricing systems with empathy and clarity through a period of change.
  6. Enhance technical capabilities within the team to support the future tech stack.

What you bring

  1. 10+ years of leadership experience in IT.
  2. Strong business acumen; insurance knowledge is a plus.
  3. Experience in leading international teams across multiple locations.
  4. Proven record of successfully building custom-developed tools at scale.
  5. Profound knowledge of modern solution architecture and software design.
