Job Description
- Perform monthly, quarterly and yearly closing activities for Swiss companies under the Swiss Code of Obligation and IFRS.
- Reporting and analysis of financial information.
- Support preparation of annual tax return and prepare and register the quarterly VAT returns.
- Act as a sparring partner to other departments regarding financial topics.
- Handle vendor invoice processing and prepare monthly cash forecast, cash, and tax reporting.
- Handle cash collection and ensure correct invoicing in milestones.

The Successful Applicant
As Financial Controller, you:
- Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in accounting; controlling experience is a plus.
- Expertise: Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation processes.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the Swiss Code of Obligations, IFRS, taxation, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications.
- Languages: Fluency in English; German is a significant advantage, Spanish is a plus.
