Are you ready to lead a dynamic team and drive excellence in Quality Control? We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Test Lab Manager to join our innovative company.

As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in supervising and coordinating the testing department's activities, ensuring the highest standards of Safety and Quality.

Your responsibilities

  1. Strategic Planning: Plan, organize, and supervise the implementation of production tests within our internal plant, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.

  2. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements, initiate corrective actions, and implement preventive measures to elevate the quality of our manufacturing outputs.

  3. Documentation Management: Maintain systematic control of documents, forms, and specifications used in production, ensuring accuracy and accessibility to all team members.

  4. Team Development: Manage and mentor your team, fostering their professional growth, and securing the availability of necessary tools to uphold quality and safety standards.

  5. Technical: You know how to deal with a complete set of Laboratory instruments.

Your background

  1. Education: Electrical Engineering at least University level.

  2. Experience: Relevant experiences in MV-HV Testing Laboratory with a minimum of 3 years as a People Manager.

  3. Analytical Skills: Root cause analysis approach is considered a plus, coupled with practical knowledge of quality management systems and related tools.

  4. Communication Skills: You know how to effectively communicate both in English and Italian.

  5. IT Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office applications is essential for your daily job.

  6. Attributes: Quality-focused Team Leader who shines collaborating in a multicultural team environment.
