OverviewCustomer Insights Consultant - MS Dynamics CE (m/f/x) at ORBIS SE. You will support companies in improving their customer relationships through data-driven insights, analyze requirements, design customized solutions based on Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, and support their implementation. You will work with internal teams and customers to integrate data sources, create segmentations, and enable personalized customer journeys. You will conduct workshops, create technical and functional documentation, and contribute to the continuous optimization of marketing, sales, and service processes. You will also provide support for presales activities and quotation preparation. Responsibilities Analyze customer requirements and design customized solutions based on Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Support implementation and integration of data sources across internal teams (e.g., Power Platform, Azure, SAP) to enable personalized customer journeys Conduct workshops and create technical and functional documentation Contribute to the continuous optimization of marketing, sales, and service processes Provide support for presales activities and quotation preparation Your Offer / What We Look For A degree in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification Experience in consulting or implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, especially Customer Insights Ability to translate customer needs into added value with targeted customer experiences Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) is an advantage Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and customer focus Very good German and English skills; French is an advantage What We Offer A challenging and varied role in a dynamic environment Opportunities for professional development and further training A supportive and friendly team A state-of-the-art office in Baar with all the amenities Homeoffice, remote work, and up to 30 days of vacation About ORBIS Schweiz AG ORBIS Schweiz AG supports medium-sized as well as international companies in the digitalization of their business processes: from the joint development of the customer-specific Big Picture to practical implementation in projects.
