Vos missions
En tant que Business Analyst, vous serez le lien essentiel entre les équipes métier et les équipes techniques. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la compréhension des besoins de l'entreprise, l'analyse des processus existants, et la recommandation de solutions pour améliorer l'efficacité et l'efficience. Votre objectif sera de contribuer à la réussite des projets en veillant à ce que les exigences des utilisateurs soient correctement traduites en solutions techniques.
- Analyser et prioriser les besoins métiers pour proposer des solutions adaptées.
- Rédiger des spécifications fonctionnelles détaillées et des cas d'utilisation.
- Analyser et modéliser les processus métiers actuels pour identifier les inefficacités et les opportunités d'amélioration.
- Développer et proposer des solutions pour optimiser les processus et les flux de travail.
- Avoir acquis 6 années d'expérience en matière de projets informatiques et une expérience diversifiée de conseil et d'analyse métier.
- Posséder de solides compétences en matière d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes, ainsi que la capacité de collecter, d'organiser et de diffuser des quantités importantes d'informations avec un souci du détail et de la précision.
- Être certifié IIBA ou un équivalent.
- Avoir obtenu un diplôme universitaire avec une licence ou un diplôme supérieur en informatique.
- Une expérience dans le secteur publique est un plus.
- Parler couramment le français est obligatoire.
