Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Einrichten von Windemaschinen und Anlagen
  • Werkzeugvorbereitung, Erstellung des Windeprogramms und Kalibrierung der Kameraüberwachung
  • Erarbeiten von Möglichkeiten, um die Prozesse nachhaltig zu verbessern
  • Verantwortlich für die Qualität, Termin- und Kosteneinhaltung sowie das Einhalten und Sicherstellen der Umweltschutz-, Gesundheits- und Sicherheitspolitik
  • Aktive Mitarbeit beim Beheben von Fehlern und Problemstellungen
  • Allgemeine Arbeiten an den Anlagen

Ihr Profil

  • Technische Grundausbildung zwingend (wie z.B. Mechaniker, Produktionsmechaniker, Polymechaniker, ...)
  • Erfahrung mit Kleinstteilen; idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Metall-Federn
  • Erfahrung im Bereich automatisierter Montageprozesse und -anlagen
  • Gute bis sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Analytische Fertigkeiten, ausgeprägtes Feingefühl und Belastbarkeit
  • Körperlich fit (teils stehende Arbeit)
