Product Owner – Indices And Funds

Vous assurez l’installation et la garantie de fonctionnement des équipements informatiques et / ou téléphoniques (matériels et logiciels) dans le cadre de projets. À la demande des utilisatrices et des utilisateurs ou à travers des moyens de surveillance, vous garantissez la maintenance (à distance ou sur site) de ces équipements et traitez les incidents et les nouvelles demandes. Vous appréhendez l’informatique sous l’angle des enjeux environnementaux, sociaux et économiques pour construire un système d’information (éco)responsable et aidez l’administration à évoluer vers des modèles plus agiles grâce au numérique.
Vos activités principales :
- Acquérir, préparer et installer le matériel informatique et les logiciels (bureautique, applications standards et métier) ;
- Déployer le matériel sur les places de travail ;
- Passer les commandes, vérifier la réception du matériel (matériel informatique et fournitures) ;
- Configurer les profils des utilisateurs (compte AD, messagerie, répertoire, liens, etc.) ;
- Attribuer et gérer les privilèges d’accès en conformité avec les normes définies ;
- Assister et conseiller les utilisateurs en cas de questions, pannes ou dysfonctionnements ;
- Diagnostiquer et résoudre rapidement les pannes, le cas échéant, transmettre les demandes aux partenaires ou aux fournisseurs ;
- Mettre à jour les procédures internes et celles destinées aux utilisateurs ;
- Produire les documents techniques ;
- Gérer les services déjà actifs pour garantir leur maintien en condition opérationnelle et leur exploitabilité.
Votre profil :
- Maturité professionnelle en informatique avec 5 ans d’expérience ou brevet fédéral en informatique avec 3 ans d’expérience ou formation jugée équivalente ;
- Posséder une certification ITIL, un atout ;
- Avoir de bonnes connaissances générales sur les différents métiers de l’informatique (desktop, infrastructure, sécurité, intégration applicative, etc.) et leur concept ;
- Avoir une capacité d’analyse et d’organisation, particulièrement pour la prise en main de nouveaux logiciels ;
- Disposer d’une bonne expression tant orale qu’écrite, savoir faire preuve d’entregent, posséder une certaine capacité à convaincre, être capable de vulgariser les différentes notions informatiques ;
- Être capable de comprendre rapidement les enjeux, disposer d’un sens pragmatique et avoir une appétence aux changements ;
- Langues : parfaite maîtrise du français, niveau intermédiaire en anglais et niveau intermédiaire en allemand, un atout ;
- Être irréprochable en termes de confidentialité ;
- Avoir le sens du service public ;
- Être titulaire du permis de conduire.
