The Position

Als Automatiker / Elektriker (m/w) sind Sie im Bereich „Site Reliability“ und dort in der Abteilung "Operate & Maintain Assets" des Standortes Basel / Kaiseraugst tätig.

Die Standort Organisation PS ist am Standort Basel / Kaiseraugst verantwortlich für innovatives, kostengünstiges und GMP-gerechtes Planen und Realisieren von Investitionsprojekten. Darüber hinaus macht der Bereich das Gebäude- und Betriebsingenieurwesen, das technische Qualitätsmanagement und ist verantwortlich für eine zuverlässige Störungsbehebung und Instandhaltung, inklusive dem Betreiben der erforderlichen Infrastruktur. Wir unterstützen unser Management und unsere Kunden bei biotechnologischen-, chemischen- und galenischen- Produktionsanlagen, Laborbauten und Administrationsbauten.

Die Abteilung "Operate & Maintain Assets" ist am Standort Basel / Kaiseraugst für die Sicherstellung von Dienstleistungen im Instandhaltungsbereich von Pharma-, Chemie-, Forschungs-, und Infrastruktur- Anlagen zuständig.

Als kompetenter Techniker für Automation und Elektrotechnik (m/w) in der Elektro & Automationswerkstatt sind Sie Teil eines engagierten Dienstleistungs-Teams, das die Instandhaltung der biotechnischen und chemischen Produktions Anlagen sicherstellt.

Das umfangreiche Aufgabengebiet verlangt ein breites Fachwissen für Produktionsanlagen im GMP Umfeld. Ihr Einsatz ist in den Produktionsgebäuden der Wirkstoffproduktion vorgesehen. Wartungsarbeiten an diesen Anlagen gehören ebenfalls zum Arbeitsbereich. Durch die geplante Instandhaltung soll ein möglichst unterbruchsloser Betrieb gewährleistet werden. Störungsbehebung ist im gesamten Elektro- und Automatiosbereich zu leisten. Bereitschaft für Aus- und Weiterbildung ist eine Voraussetzung um neue Technologien verstehen und betreuen zu können. Das Team ist eine interdisziplinäre Gruppe, bestehend aus Automations- und Elektrospezialisten.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst folgende Tätigkeiten:

  • Instandhaltung und Störungsbehebung an chemischen und biotechnischen Produktionsanlagen.
  • Im Normalbetrieb sowie im Störungsfall unterstützen Sie die Betreiber bei komplexen Aufgaben oder Fragestellungen im Elektro & Automationsbereich und tragen wesentlich dazu bei, dass die Systeme einen hohen qualitativen Standard sowie eine hohe Verfügbarkeit erreichen.
  • Sie stehen in direktem Kontakt mit den Betreibern und Ingenieuren und entwickeln gemeinsam Verbesserungen.
  • Weiter zählen auch die Parametrierung und Inbetriebnahme von EMSR Geräten wie Sensoren und Aktoren an neuen oder bestehenden Anlagen zu ihren Aufgaben.
  • Sie sind bereit, neben der Normalarbeitszeit, Pikettdienst zu leisten.

Wer sind Sie / Ihre Qualifikation:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Elektriker EFZ oder Automatiker EFZ (Bei nicht schweizerischer Ausbildung muss die Berufliche Anerkennung vom ESTI vorliegen)
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Elektroinstallation, Automation und konventioneller Steuerungstechnik im GMP Umfeld
  • Gute Kenntnisse in pneumatischen Steuerungen und EMSR Feldgeräten (Aktoren & Sensoren)
  • Erfahrung mit SPS Steuerungen und PLS Systemen ist von Vorteil.
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse. Englisch Kenntnisse von Vorteil.
  • Verfahrenstechnische und SAP Kenntnisse wünschenswert.
