Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen unkomplizierten und sympathischen HR-Generalisten (m/w/d) für das lokale Human Resources Team, das sich aktuell in einer Transformationsphase befindet. Daher suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit, die sich gewohnt ist und sich auch wohl fühlt, in einem sehr dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten und sich in einer stetig wandelnden Kultur zurechtzufinden. Der Arbeitsort ist in Wallisellen und in Bern-Liebefeld mit je einem Anwesenheitstag pro Woche.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortlich für die gesamte HR-Administration der beiden Standorte unter der Leitung des Senior HR Generalisten und des Functional HRBP.
  • Koordinierung der Ein- und Austrittsprozesse und Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Übergangs für neue Mitarbeiter und ausscheidende Mitarbeiter von Seiten der lokalen Personalabteilung.
  • Erstellung von Bescheinigungen, Verträgen, Vertragsänderungen und vielen weiteren HR-Dokumenten.
  • Erledigung von Unfallmeldungen sowie die Pflege von Mitarbeiterdaten in den beiden Systemen Abacus und SuccessFactors.
  • Unterstützung des HR-Teams bei allen konzerninternen HR-Themen und Projekten nach Bedarf.
  • Erstellen von monatlichen HR-Berichten und Statistiken für das Global Office.
  • Unterstützung und Mithilfe bei der Einführung von globalen HR-Projekten wie Mitarbeiterbefragungen sowie der Entwicklung des globalen HR-Portals.
  • Optimierung und Überarbeitung von diversen Prozessen.
  • Unterstützung der One-Team-HR-Initiative mit Medi24 in Bern sowie Allianz Partners in Wallisellen durch Onboarding von Mitarbeitern, Erleichterung des Wissenstransfers und Koordinierung von Aufgaben.

Was Sie mitbringen:

  • Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen HR-Funktion.
  • Gute Kenntnisse des Schweizer Sozialversicherungs- und Arbeitsrechts.
  • Verständnis und Umgang mit HR IT-Produkten wie SuccessFactors, Abacus, sowie MS Office.
  • Schweizerisches Zertifikat für HR-Assistenz und (bevorzugt) „HR-Fachausweis“.
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Problemlösungskompetenz sowie geistige Flexibilität.
  • Flexibilität sowie Eigeninitiative und sehr pragmatische Vorgehensweise.
  • Teamfähigkeit, offenes, emphatisches und proaktives Auftreten.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
