We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Global Wealth Management Graduate Talent Program.
You will:
- ensure superior client experience through providing excellent administrative and organizational support in all client-related processes
- be the point of contact for optimal support and service delivery in processing client orders and dealing with client queries
- assist in the handling and resolution of compliance and document-related matters
- prepare client visits and business trips and actively assist in the follow-up action
- follow and adhere to the UBS code of ethics and the cross-border regulations
- collaborate with different teams on strategic projects with a goal of improving our client experience and driving engagement
- build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy, while learning about how we operate to effectively meet the needs of our clients
- develop professionally by establishing a network of mentors and business contacts we believe are some of the best in the business
- attend educational events led by senior leaders that provide extensive exposure and insight into the business
You’ll be working in our Global Wealth Management in Zurich. We provide advice-based solutions to deliver products and services designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families. We’ve successfully built the number one wealth management franchise in the world. You’ll work with the best talent in the industry, as we help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients.
You will be a part of the highly dynamic and international team focusing on servicing HNW clients with Turkish origin. You’ll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services and become a trusted client account manager. You’ll be part of the client coverage team and closely collaborate with client advisors. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.
Your expertiseWe’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
- has excellent English (written and oral), fluency in Turkish preferred
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Start Date: 1st July 2025
Your programOur Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long, and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of wealth management. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
