The Position

Die Gruppe ‘Quality System Support’ der Abteilung ITOT in Kaiseraugst ist neben dem 1st Level Support der MAR relevanten Qualitätssysteme MELODI, MPC, SingleLIMS und SPECA auch dafür verantwortlich Entwicklungspotential dieser Systeme in den globalen Gremien zu platzieren.

In dieser Funktion stellen Sie mit Ihren Kollegen sicher, dass die Stammdaten die behördlichen Anforderungen abdecken sowie die Arbeitsabläufe der Kunden reflektieren. Durch den 1st Level Support tragen Sie entscheidend dazu bei, die Lead Time hinsichtlich der Produktion und Freigabe von Produkten einzuhalten.

Ihre Aufgaben umfassen unter anderem:

  • 1st Level Support für MELODI, MPC, SingleLIMS, SPECA
  • Neuaufnahme und Anpassung von Stammdaten entsprechend den Bedürfnissen der Kunden bzw. der behördlichen Anforderungen
  • Erstellen und Aktualisieren von Konzepten, Arbeitsanweisungen (SOPs) und anderen relevanten GMP-Dokumenten im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Bearbeitung von Quality Events
  • Schnittstelle zwischen dem Kunden (Business) und IT (Entwickler, 2nd/3rd Level Support)
  • Mitarbeit in crossfunktionalen Teams und Projekten

Zur Erfüllung dieser Aufgabe bringen Sie folgende Qualifizierung mit:

  • Voraussetzung für die abwechslungsreiche Stelle ist eine abgeschlossene Laborantenausbildung / Studium in den Bereichen (z.B. Pharma, Chemie, Verfahrenstechnik)
  • Berufserfahrung im GMP Umfeld (vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Produktion oder Qualitätskontrolle)
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Analytisches Denken sowie eine Affinität für elektronischen Systemen
  • Kommunikative und organisatorische Fähigkeiten und ein selbstsicheres Auftreten
  • Fundierte PC-Kenntnisse (z.B. Windows - Applikationen)
  • Grundkenntnisse von Roche internen Systemen sind von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft für Pikettdienst
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
