Senior Blockchain Developer - Rust Developer

Senior Blockchain Developer:

  • Demonstrated expertise in low-level programming languages, including C, C++, and notably, Rust.
  • A solid foundation with a minimum of two years of development experience, showcasing at least one year specifically in blockchain technology. Alternatively, candidates boasting five years of rich development experience, with or without blockchain exposure, are also encouraged to apply.
  • Exceptional proficiency in English, the primary medium of communication within our organization.
  • Previous experience in remote working environments is seen as beneficial but is not a prerequisite.
  • A robust understanding of the intricate security issues associated with software development and blockchain technologies.
  • The ability to meticulously interpret, understand, and implement complex technical documents such as RFCs or official specifications.
  • Commitment to being available during the core hours of 10 AM to 1 PM CET to champion optimal team collaboration.

Responsibilities for the Senior Blockchain Developer:

  • Engineer and refine software, primarily utilizing Rust, for our core node.
  • Construct comprehensive testing frameworks and conduct rigorous testing in both Rust and Python.
  • Participate actively in the design and architectural planning of the core node.
  • Identify and promptly rectify bugs or security vulnerabilities as they arise.
  • Influence the strategic direction and continuous evolution of the core node.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration with other internal teams for the integration of the core node into our suite of products.
  • Provide mentorship and elevate the technical prowess of the emerging talent within the team.
