Our unwavering dedication to innovation, excellence and environmental responsibility propels us forward on our journey to becoming the leading, most customer‑centric, and sustainable Engine focused MRO worldwide.Calibration SpecialistAs a Calibration Specialist you will perform calibration of tools sent to Calibration Services under consideration of the capabilities to assure the required measurements according to the specified standards.Your tasksCalibrate the assigned tools of the accredited calibration area in SR Technics based on EN ISO/IEC 17025Calibrate the tools within the expected TAT or upon agreed date with the customerCommunicate to the customer about findings, required specifications, target dates, etc.Request publication of technical specificationsControl each certificate after performance of tool calibration to ensure required qualityCheck data entry in the system to have all required information according to internal instructionsEnsure the availability of the necessary standards, tools and programsContact person for the responsible range of toolsCalibrate tools on‑site in the shop if necessaryPerform repairs on electrical or mechanical tools whenever required and possibleProcess and analyse the measured values and information collectedMake decisions based on legal requirements and standardsYour ProfileApprenticeship as a craftsman (electronics)General foreman, manufacturing productionCalibration business and knowledge of the legal regulation for calibration (at least 3 years)Technical understanding (1 or more years)Logical and analytical, flexible, keeps the overview of complexes area, good in MS Office application, organized, communication skills to build relationships to customers and suppliersSAP knowledge is beneficialGerman C1English B2We offerWe offer an attractive position in a global and dynamic company.
