We are looking for a New Product Development Specialist who will join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Innovation Team to expedite the development stage of products;
- Search for alternative contract manufacturers with a focus on lean optimization;
- Coordinate with packaging suppliers and internal marketing and design teams to develop product packaging;
- Ensure compliance with regulations in target markets for product launches;
- Support interactions regarding agreements with external partners;
- Oversee NPD timelines and manufacturing handoffs across global sites (e.g., US, EU);
- Marketing support: analyze regional trends;
- Assist in preparing documentation required for product registrations;
- Work with marketing, sales, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of new products into the overall business strategy;
- Help develop project timelines and milestones for NPD initiatives and work towards timely product market delivery;
- Maintain detailed records of the NPD process, including formulation details, testing results, and regulatory documentation;
- Contribute to regular progress reports on NPD projects.
Requirements:
- Education: Master’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or related field;
- Experience: 2–3 years in global NPD, experience in cosmetic industry will be a plus;
- Excellent project management and organizational skills;
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Languages: English, French.
