Key Responsibilities

  1. Data Quality & Analysis
  2. Dive into 25+ years of historical data, identifying trends, gaps, and improvement areas.
  3. Assess data structures and document findings clearly for stakeholders.
  4. Data Reconciliation & Organization
  5. Consolidate information from legacy systems (e.g., Microsoft Access).
  6. Collaborate on setting business rules for data retention and clarity.
  7. Data Cleaning & Compliance
  8. Eliminate redundant, corrupted, or outdated records.
  9. Ensure compliance with Swiss data regulations (e.g., FADP) and high‐quality standards.
  10. Technical Tooling
  11. Manage ETL processes using SQL and scripting languages (Python or R).
  12. Leverage BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) for data visualization and presentations.
  13. Stakeholder Collaboration
  14. Communicate progress, solutions, and key insights to both technical and non‐technical teams.
  15. Work closely with clients and internal leadership to understand evolving data needs.

What We’re Looking For

  1. 5–8 years of hands‐on experience in data analysis, data engineering, or similar roles.
  2. Fluency (C1) in Italian and English to liaise with local and international stakeholders.
  3. Solid Experience with Microsoft Access, legacy database systems, SQL, and data cleaning best practices.
  4. Familiarity with ETL frameworks, scripting (Python, R), and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  5. Strong Communication & Documentation Skills – comfortable presenting complex data insights in plain language.
  6. Self‐Motivated & Flexible – able to handle multiple priorities in a small consulting environment.
