About the job
Your main duties will include:
- Develop and implement data management processes and procedures to ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of customer data.
- Oversee data collection, storage, cleansing, and integration from various sources (e.g., CRM systems, transactional data, surveys, third-party sources).
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques and tools to analyze large volumes of customer data and extract meaningful insights.
- Identify patterns, trends, and correlations in customer behavior to uncover actionable insights and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, Ecom, product development) to translate insights into actionable strategies and initiatives.
- Develop dashboards and reports to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create visually compelling representations of data insights for easy interpretation.
- Provide regular updates and presentations to senior management on key findings, trends, and performance metrics related to customer insights.
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in Loyalty or Marketing roles in an international setting, preferably within the Luxury retail sector.
- Strong proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL (a must), Python & R (nice to have) or similar tools/languages.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills.
