Stellenbeschreibung:

  1. Führen und Inspirieren: Übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die fachliche und personelle Leitung eines talentierten Entwicklungsteams
  2. Technologische Exzellenz sichern: Gewährleisten Sie einen optimalen Anwendungsbetrieb unserer SAP-Systeme, einschließlich S/4 HANA und Fiori
  3. SAP-Systeme der Zukunft gestalten: Treiben Sie die Weiterentwicklung unserer SAP-Landschaft voran, indem Sie innovative Lösungen implementieren und gleichzeitig die SAP-Standards einhalten, um eine nachhaltige Zukunft zu sichern
  4. Strategische Entscheidungen treffen: Erstellen Sie technische Spezifikationen und eruieren Sie die optimalen technologischen Lösungen für unsere Herausforderungen
  5. Agile Projekte zum Erfolg führen: Entwickeln und managen Sie Arbeitspakete für Sprints, um pünktliche und effektive Releases nach modernsten agilen Methoden sicherzustellen

Anforderungsprofil:

  1. Abgeschlossene Aus-/Weiterbildung in Informatik auf Stufe FH oder HF
  2. Mehrjährige Full-Stack-Entwicklungserfahrung im SAP-Umfeld
  3. Kenntnisse von Schnittstellentechniken und -werkzeugen (z.B. EDI, CPI)
  4. Fachliche sowie personelle Führungserfahrung
  5. Kreatives und lösungsorientiertes Denken sowie ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
  6. Deutsch als Muttersprache, gute Englischkenntnisse
