  • Proficiency with CAE software tools.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, material science, and mechanics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to apply engineering concepts to real-world scenarios.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with programming and scripting languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to product design and testing.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the chemical, materials, plastics, or manufacturing industries.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies.
  • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Your responsibilities:

  • Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations to support product development and optimization.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to integrate CAE insights into the product development cycle.
  • Develop and validate CAE models to predict the performance, durability, and reliability of materials and products.
  • Analyze simulation results, generate reports, and provide actionable recommendations to improve design and manufacturing processes.
  • Stay current with the latest developments in CAE technology and methodologies, and implement best practices to enhance simulation accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support root cause analysis and troubleshooting of product failures through detailed simulation studies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Document and present findings, methodologies, and recommendations to stakeholders, including engineers, project managers, and senior management.
