IT Application Manager (m/w/d) Company: Rocken® Responsibilities Administrate and monitor systems, including defined applications and interfaces. Conduct system integrations, migrations, and develop backup and recovery strategies. Perform patch, license, change, and release management, as well as database administration. Collaborate closely with business analysts and team members, coordinate external partners, and act as interface with Helpdesk, infrastructure, and architecture teams. Support application support, maintain and develop applications, create ad‑hoc reports, and contribute to IT projects. Qualifications Analytical thinking with troubleshooting experience. Clear communication in German and English, both written and spoken. Team player who ensures smooth information flow and leads meetings competently. Organized and able to prioritize tasks efficiently. Solid knowledge of operating systems, databases, and cloud technologies; experience with OpenText, Jira, Confluence, WebDispatcher, Salesforce, and SAP.
