Leveraging your expertise, you will ensure consistently high data quality and contribute significantly to the efficiency and smooth operation of both the team and the wider organization.ResponsibilitiesReview and process account openings for legal entities in line with current regulatory and internal requirementsMaintain, update, and monitor client data in compliance with legal and bank‑specific standardsProfessionally handle inquiries from various departments regarding client data and onboarding processesEnsure adherence to all relevant legal regulations (e.g., CDB, QI/FATCA, and AEOI)Take responsibility for regular data quality checks and execute data cleansing activitiesSupport the ongoing development and optimization of existing processes in client data managementYour profileCompleted commercial education or a comparable qualification, preferably in the financial or banking sectorSeveral years of hands‑on experience in account opening procedures and formal reviewsExcellent German and good English language skills, both spoken and writtenProficient in MS Office; experience with Avaloq is an advantageHigh level of reliability, self‑organisation, strong team spirit, and resilienceStrong initiative combined with a willingness to take responsibilityAccurate, structured way of working, advanced communication skills, and a strong service orientationPlease note that we cannot consider applications via recruitment agencies for this position.Benefits at LGTA great place to work – a great place to have impact.
