Our mission: We safely power your flight.ResponsibilitiesTimely execution of technical inspections of aircraft engine components (Pratt & Whitney 4000 and CFM 56)Create repair orders for components and individual partsRequest and perform engine modificationsCarry out all assigned technical and administrative tasks in line with current regulations, including inspection of modifications on individual parts and componentsComplete assigned work on schedule while ensuring high work qualityApply Lean Six Sigma methods (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis) while continuously improving processes to enhance quality and safetyHandle operating materials responsibly and carry out tasks independently with both environmental awareness and an economic mindsetQualificationsCompleted vocational training, preferably as a polymechanic (Swiss EFZ qualification) or equivalent mechanical apprenticeshipIndependent, precise, and responsible work ethicStrong teamwork, communication skills and good physical condition to handle stress, high personal responsibility and self-motivationBasic PC skills, especially MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantageGood command of German and English, both written and spoken (Level B1)Willingness to work in a 2-shift systemBenefitsCompetitive employment conditions with opportunities for professional and personal developmentBenefits system tailored to everyday life and situations (see our website www.srtechnics.com/careers/employee-benefits)ApplicationTo apply, kindly fill out the application form on our website.
