Quality Inspector

Quality Inspector Location: Zurich, Switzerland. Employment type: Full-time. Seniority level: Mid-Senior level. Responsibilities Inspect engine modules, components, and parts (e.g., LEAP, GTF, PW 4000, CFM 56). Create and manage repair orders and verify configuration compliance. Complete assigned tasks on time and to quality standards. Document inspection results accurately and in line with procedures. Support audits and apply continuous improvement tools (e.g., 5S, RCA). Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, and Materials teams. Profile Completed technical vocational training (e.g., polymechanic or similar). 3–5 years of experience in aviation MRO or precision mechanical environments. LEAP/GTF engine knowledge is a plus. Preferably EASA Part 145 / Part 66 certifier. Quality- and safety-focused, with a structured working style. Team player with clear communication skills. Good written and spoken English skills; German is a plus. Proficient in MS Office and SAP. Willingness to work in a 2-shift model.
