Your tasks:

  • Takes a supporting role in the region and in Finance, to help deliver on business objectives and strategies.
  • Organizes and drives along with RBU Finance the relevant planning and analysis processes such as long term planning (BSR), annual budget, outlooks, and forecasts for the region (commercial).
  • Manages monthly closing and reporting, such as Monthly Reporting and Monthly Pricing/Sales Performance (Price, Volume & Mix, FX), Sales and margins review, review of sales adjustments (rebates, etc.).
  • Coordinates regional cost control for Sales and Business Development.
  • Conducts AR review.
  • Responsible for monitoring and tracking the rebates accruals vs expectation in collaboration with the sales teams.
  • Drives the monthly risks and opportunities process in collaboration with the Sales teams.
  • Analyzes business performance, recommends benchmarks, highlights key opportunities and risks, and works closely with the commercial function in developing plans to capture opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Supports RBU Finance in all commercial financial planning & analysis for the region.
  • Collaborates with the Sub Regions and is a key stakeholder in the S&OP process (validate volumes and prices with sales, monitor inventory levels and customer payment behavior).
  • Acts as a business partner and plays an instrumental role in connecting dots between sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Provides recommendations for customer pricing & credit limits, involvement in regional pricing strategy, and manages the approval process with global stakeholders.
  • Shares global responsibility for CHI financial and management accounting in accordance with IFRS, the company's Finance Accounting Manual (FAM), and other required accounting principles.
  • Collaborates with Group Finance Management in ensuring state-of-the-art financial systems and processes that maximize functional efficiency.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by RBU Finance head.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor in Finance or relevant field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in the role as Finance Analyst within an international environment.
  • Work experience with responsibilities for the EMEA region is preferred.
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel (Advanced), use of systems SAP BW.
  • Working experience in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English.
  • Proactive personality with a structured working style.
