We are seeking qualified and experienced language teachers for Geneva and Hong Kong/Shenzhen, China.

Typical responsibilities of the job include:

  • Planning, preparing and delivering lessons
  • Preparing teaching materials
  • Helping students to improve their listening, speaking, reading and writing skills via individual and group sessions
  • Checking and assessing students' work
  • Organizing and running specialized courses
  • Attending continuing education programs
  • Attending social events
  • Teaching mother tongue and culture with passion

Skills and Competencies:

  • Mother tongue: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish or Russian
  • Knowledge of Mandarin is an asset
  • Teaching French, German, Italian, Spanish or Russian in Hong Kong/Shenzhen requires an English level of B2
  • Education degree or equivalent
  • For Geneva: CELTA, DELTA, TEFL, TESOL, FLE, FSEA
  • For Hong Kong/Shenzhen: Bachelor + CELTA, DELTA, TEFL, TESOL, TYLEC, FLE
  • Excellent spoken and written language skills
  • Professional teaching experience: minimum 3 years (1 year for Hong Kong/Shenzhen)
  • Experience teaching Chinese students is an advantage for Hong Kong/Shenzhen
