Regional Business Development Manager (100%) Your contribution As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth for Tecan’s OEM and Partnering Business. You will identify and develop new business opportunities on a global level and build lasting relationships with partners and customers at all levels, including C-suite executives from start-ups to large multinationals. Responsibilities Identify and develop new growth opportunities both within and beyond the existing customer base Generate high-quality leads and guide them through the sales funnel to successful closure Operate at a strategic level, understanding partner structures, strategies, product gaps, and roadmaps Build and maintain strategic account plans, including decision-making maps and growth strategies Establish and nurture strong relationships across partner organizations, including C-level contacts Understand target markets, key applications, industry trends, and the competitive landscape Ensure overall customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships Collaborate closely with internal teams (Customer Project Management, Product Management, Legal, R&D, Finance, Service, Operations, QARA, Sales Order Desk) Attend conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings Adhere to company guidelines, agreement terms, and the code of conduct Your background We’re not just looking for hard skills: We’re looking for people who bring their passion and talent to work.
