Business Development – Major Appliances

About the Role
We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to expand and manage our major appliances business in Switzerland. You will build retailer partnerships, drive revenue, and execute channel strategies in a fast-growing, innovative company.
What You'll Do
- Grow major appliance sales across Swiss retail & distribution channels
- Build and manage key customer relationships
- Execute go-to-market and promotional plans with cross-functional teams
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Manage sell-in/sell-out, stock levels, and sales forecasts
- Resolve partner issues and ensure excellent service delivery
- Report business performance regularly to the Regional Manager
What You Bring
- 5+ yearsof experiencee in homeappliancess/consumer electronics sales
- Strong experience managing key retail or distribution partners in Switzerland
- Understanding of the Swiss CE / HA market
- Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills
- Fluency in English, German,and French is a must
