The Role

Als Entwickler digitales Business EFZ (m/f/x) hast du dich für einen modernen Beruf mit viel Potential entschieden, da sämtliche Branchen heutzutage nicht mehr ohne Digitalisierung auskommen. Du lernst es Prozesse zu entwickeln, Daten zu analysieren und auszuwerten, Ergebnisse zu visualisieren und entsprechende Lösungen zu kommunizieren.

In der 4-jährigen Ausbildung bei Kyndryl Switzerland wirst du durch unser professionelles Team von BerufsbildnerInnen und Fach-SpezialistInnen unterstützt und begleitet. Die ersten zwei Ausbildungsjahre verbringst du beim Lehrverbund Noser Young AG. Dort erhälst du dein theoretisches Basiswissen, welches du im 2. Lehrjahr gleich in deine ersten Projekte bei Noser Young AG einfliessen lassen kannst. Ab dem 3. Lehrjahr bist du voll und ganz bei Kyndryl Switzerland und wirst ein wichtiger Teil unseres SpezialistInnenTeams sein. Du darfst deinen Weg selbst bestimmen und aus 3 verschiedenen Teams (Project Portfolio, Analytics & Data Integration oder Consulting) einen Favoriten auswählen und dort an wichtigen Kunden-Projekten mitwirken. Im 4. Lehrjahr darfst du dann im Bereich ITConsulting arbeiten und deine Abschlussarbeit schreiben.

  • Bist du offen für Neues und hast Spass am Umgang mit Technik und Menschen? Macht es dir Spass, Daten zu analysieren und mit verschiedenen Methoden und Strategien zu experimentieren?
  • Möchtest du in einem diversen Team arbeiten?
  • Hast du die Sek A besucht und gute Schulnoten?
  • Deine Deutsch-, Englisch- und Mathematikkenntnisse sind gut bis sehr gut?
