Deine Verantwortung
  • Sie führen und entwickeln das administrative Team und stellen effiziente Arbeitsabläufe sicher.
  • Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für das Stammdatenteam der Region und gewährleisten die Datenqualität.
  • Sie sorgen für die korrekte und termingerechte Fakturierung an interne und externe Stellen gemäss den internen Regulatorien.
  • Sie überwachen offene Posten und das Forderungsmanagement, um einen reibungslosen Zahlungsfluss zu gewährleisten.
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit relevanten Abteilungen zusammen, um die Rechnungsstellung präzise und vollständig sicherzustellen.
  • Sie unterstützen die Regionenleitung bei der Budgetierung, Schätzung und finanziellen Berichterstattung.
  • Sie analysieren Finanzkennzahlen und entwickeln Empfehlungen zur Optimierung der finanziellen Ergebnisse.
Deine Skills
  • Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Position im Finanz- und Administrationsbereich mit.
  • Sie verfügen über umfassende Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Finanzmanagement, Budgetierung, Buchhaltung und Compliance.
  • Ihre analytischen Fähigkeiten ermöglichen es Ihnen, komplexe finanzielle Informationen klar und verständlich zu kommunizieren.
  • Sie haben Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und arbeiten organisiert sowie strukturiert.
  • Vertrautheit mit SAP-Softwareanwendungen ist von Vorteil.
