Research & Development Engineer Il professionista avrà il compito di progettare, sviluppare e validare soluzioni avanzate nel campo dell'elettronica di potenza e dei sistemi embedded per prodotti industriali ad alta affidabilità, come UPS o dispositivi simili. La missione comprende la realizzazione di algoritmi di controllo e firmware/hardware embedded, con un approccio pratico e orientato alla sperimentazione in laboratorio. Il ruolo prevede una stretta collaborazione con i team di Produzione, Qualità e After-Sales, al fine di garantire lo sviluppo di funzionalità robuste e affidabili, pronte per essere immesse sul mercato. L'obiettivo principale è contribuire all'innovazione dei prodotti e al loro successo commerciale, assicurando elevati standard di performance e affidabilità. Laurea in Ingegneria Elettronica, Automazione, Informatica o affini. Esperienza comprovata in elettronica di potenza, sistemi embedded e sviluppo di firmware/hardware. Capacità di progettare e testare algoritmi di controllo e sistemi affidabili. Approccio pratico e orientato ai risultati, con ottime capacità di problem‑solving. Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e collaborazione interfunzionale.
