Job Description

2ND Shift Openings:

Spindle/CNC/Machine Operator:

  1. Sets up and operates multiple spindle machines equipped with automatic indexing and feeding mechanisms to perform turning, boring, threading, and facing operations on metal formed parts.
  2. Plans and performs close tolerance setups with little or no assistance.
  3. Must be able to read and follow process standards, control plans, and work instructions.
  4. Starts machine, observes operation, inspects first run and sample work piece to ensure machining conforms to specifications.
  5. Removes and installs specified tooling during production run and changeovers while making necessary adjustments.

MUST TRAIN ON 1st SHIFT (7:00 am-3:30 pm)

Hours: 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm
May be required to work OT

Pay:
$19.75 + $1.50 shift premium
$1 attendance bonus for working 40 hours/week.
Direct hire after 90 days with pay increase, based on performance.
