If you enjoy a blend of hands-on SuccessFactors engineering, end-to-end project involvement and close partnership with HR and IT stakeholders, this role offers both impact and long-term development. What you’ll work on Owning SuccessFactors enhancements, improvements and configuration activities Managing integrations across the wider HR and IT ecosystem Ensuring system reliability, data quality and smooth data flows Steering release cycles and supporting change initiatives Collaborating with HR, IT and external partners on optimisation and future roadmap topics What we’re looking for 5+ years in SuccessFactors as an Application/System Engineer Strong experience with connected systems (HR, IAM, document/certificate tools, etc.) Confident in integrations, customisation and scalable process design Someone who enjoys both project ownership and day-to-day operational topics Strong stakeholder management in an international environment Hybrid working model (approx. 2 days home office) Compensation up to ~145k CHF (experience-dependent) Open to German speaking Swiss/EU citizens willing to relocate #J-18808-Ljbffr
