SAP SuccessFactors HCM Engineer | Hybrid | Global Organisation | German speaking

If you enjoy a blend of hands-on SuccessFactors engineering, end-to-end project involvement and close partnership with HR and IT stakeholders, this role offers both impact and long-term development.
What you'll work on
- Owning SuccessFactors enhancements, improvements and configuration activities
- Managing integrations across the wider HR and IT ecosystem
- Ensuring system reliability, data quality and smooth data flows
- Steering release cycles and supporting change initiatives
- Collaborating with HR, IT and external partners on optimisation and future roadmap topics
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in SuccessFactors as an Application/System Engineer
- Strong experience with connected systems (HR, IAM, document/certificate tools, etc.)
- Confident in integrations, customisation and scalable process design
- Someone who enjoys both project ownership
and
day-to-day operational topics - Strong stakeholder management in an international environment
- German (C1) + English (B2)
Additional details
- Hybrid working model (approx. 2 days home office)
- Compensation up to ~145k CHF (experience-dependent)
- Open to German speaking Swiss/EU citizens willing to relocate
