Head of Quality / Country Quality Manager (m/w/d)

Deine Mission

  1. Du verantwortest das Qualitätsmanagement in der Landesorganisation, einschliesslich des funktionalen Linienmanagements der Qualitätsorganisation, um alle Aspekte der Qualitätssicherung im Rahmen von Angeboten, Projekten, Design- und Entwicklungslebenszyklen, Systemvalidierung, Lieferkette, Fertigung und Kundenabnahme in allen Programmen des Landes zu gewährleisten.

  2. Du und dein Team verantworten die Aufrechterhaltung und Weiterentwicklung des nationalen Managementsystem im Kontext des globalen Thales Group QM Systems.

  3. Mit deinen People Management Fähigkeiten und Leadership Skills managest du die Entwicklung von Fähigkeiten und Talenten in deinem Team.

  4. Du und dein Team stellen sicher, dass die Kundenbedürfnisse klar verstanden werden und der richtige Qualitätsstandard definiert wird, der zur Maximierung der Wertschöpfung für den Kunden innerhalb des betreffenden Bereichs (Gruppe, Einheit) erforderlich ist.

  5. Du hilfst mit, das Vertrauen der Kunden zu stärken, indem du und dein Team direkte Kontakte zu den Qualitätsmanagern der Kunden pflegen und dafür sorgen, dass Probleme rasch erkannt und gelöst werden.

  6. Bereitstellung von Richtlinien/Empfehlungen für zukünftige Angebote, Projekte und Produkte auf der Grundlage von Kundenfeedback und Erfahrungen.

  7. Du sorgst dafür, dass die Qualität während des gesamten Lebenszyklus von Angeboten, Projekten und Produkten sichergestellt ist und dass normativer Anforderungen und der entsprechenden Zertifizierungsstandards eingehalten werden.

Darauf freuen wir uns

  1. Du bringst langjährige Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von Managementsystemen im Bereich Engineering, Dienstleistungen oder industrielle Produktion in einem High-Tech-Sektor (Verteidigung, Luft- und Raumfahrt, Medizin, Pharma, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar).

  2. Darüber hinaus verfügst du über erste Führungserfahrung im Linien- oder Projektmanagement.

  3. Deine umfassenden Kenntnisse der Standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 und AQAP 2110 oder AQAP 2210 konntest du in der Vergangenheit bereits anwenden.

  4. Dein Leadership Verständnis und dein People-Management Stil passt gut zu unserem Leadership-Model, das auf den Werten Think Big, Make it Happen und Together basiert.

  5. Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, zuzuhören, zu verstehen, aber auch zu erklären und zu überzeugen und deine Arbeitsweise beschreibst du als zielgerichtet und proaktiv.
