Aufgaben

Der Bereich Cabin Operations stellt die korrekte Implementierung aller Safety und Security Anforderungen für unsere Cabin Crews, unter Berücksichtigung rechtlicher Vorgaben, sicher. Du unterstützt dabei insbesondere die Leiterin im Bereich Risk Controlling.


Aufgaben unter anderem sind:



  • Anwenden des Safety Management Systems inkl. der Ausarbeitung von Massnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren internen Fachbereichen wie Flight Operations, Technik etc.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Überwachung und der Einhaltung aller Regularien, welche Einfluss auf den Bereich Cabin Operations haben und erarbeitest selbstständig entsprechende Änderungsvorschläge.
  • Weiterentwicklung sämtlicher Vorgaben und Prozesse im Bereich Cabin Crew. Dabei pflegst du den Austausch zu internen und externen Schnittstellen.
  • Mithilfe bei der Überwachung und der Einhaltung definierter Standards inkl. dem Rapportwesen sowie Ableiten und Umsetzung entsprechender Massnahmen.
  • Du bist mitverantwortlich für die korrekte und rechtzeitige Publikation von Arbeitsdokumenten für unsere Cabin Crews.


Voraussetzungen

Für diese Aufgabe bringst du ein abgeschlossenes Aviatikstudium o.ä. mit und hast auch bereits erste Berufserfahrungen gesammelt.

Zudem wünschen wir uns:



  • Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch wie auch in Englisch in Wort und Schrift, um die Prozesse und Informationen optimal für unsere Cabin Crews abbilden zu können.
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer der sich flexibel auf neue Begebenheiten einstellen kann.
  • Exakte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, vernetztes Denken und die Fähigkeit, rasch Lösungen zu erarbeiten.
  • Du bringst fundierte Microsoft 365 Anwenderkenntnisse mit, Erfahrung als Cabin Crew ist zudem von Vorteil.
