To support our CRM Department, we are looking for an

INTERN CRM

Duration: 6 Months
Start: April

The primary focus of this six-month internship will be to support a wide variety of CRM-related projects. At IWC, we have an ambitious roadmap for the coming year, including many boutique openings. The intern will contribute to ongoing projects with existing boutiques and support the onboarding of completely new ones.

YOUR MISSION AT IWC:

  • Support campaign management of worldwide CRM activations (e-mail, SMS, etc.):
    • Coordinate with various HQ departments for asset creation.
    • Manage HQ and market requests and keep planning up to date.
    • Support markets in defining strategic target audiences for marketing activations.
    • Follow up on the proofing process and guarantee validations.
    • Provide analysis on campaign results through analytic tools and prepare monthly reporting.
  • Follow up on Richemont CRM projects and take on IWC specific CRM projects.
  • Evangelize and train markets and HQ on the new CRM systems.

HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE JOURNEY:

  • University degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Hands-on personality that is used to working independently, very organized, and quick to react.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proven track record for building impactful presentations.
  • Previous experience with CRM tools, notably Salesforce, is a plus but not a pre-requisite.
  • Ability to communicate in a diplomatic, yet straightforward manner.
  • Business fluent English skills are required; German is a plus.
  • Interest in luxury and watchmaking is a plus.
